Kevin is an experienced corporate lawyer with over a decade of M&A, venture capital, and capital markets experience.

Having worked for elite law firms such as Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP and Cooley LLP, Kevin has been involved in high-stakes transactions for clients such as AT&T, Halliburton, JPMorgan, Toyota Racing, and TPG.

From 2019 to 2022, Kevin was in-house senior corporate counsel for securities and M&A for Flowserve Corp, a NYSE-listed Fortune 1000 manufacturer, while also running K. Henderson Law PLLC, a part-time solo corporate practice focused on SMB and lower middle market clients.

Over his career, Kevin has advised on over $50 billion of M&A and capital markets transactions.

In addition to legal advisory, Kevin is the co-founder of The SMB Center, co-host of the Mundane Millionaires Podcast, a venture capital LP, and an investor in select small businesses through Nine20 Capital
