Christian spent over a decade leading high performing teams in complex environments, most notably with the 160th Special Operations Aviation Regiment. During that time, he deployed 5 times in support of high-risk contingency operations with the highest tiers of the special operations community. Seeking a change, Christian decided to run urgent cares for a small family business during COVID a day after getting out of an unforgiving career. That quick jump into business leadership taught him how to take his experience running no-fail missions into the business world, and has since expanding on that through a coaching practice and staffing business. Christian has three loves in his life- his wife, his daughter, and American BBQ.
