I agree to the following: the SMBash registration fee is refundable for 30-days after final 2023 SMBash dates are announced, after which date it is not refundable. SMBash registration is non-transferrable, and SMBash reserves the right to refuse registration and to cancel or modify the event without prior notice. SMBash is not responsible for pre-paid and/or non-refundable travel or other costs associated with attending SMBash. My attendance at SMBash is voluntary.

I agree to assume any risk associated with attending and participating in the event and I release SMBash, LLC from any and all claims of loss or damage that may arise during my participation in SMBash. This release is without limitation and includes attorneys’ fees, personal injury, property damage and any other losses or damages I may suffer. I agree to indemnify and hold SMBash, LLC harmless against any and all claims of loss or damage.
